The vacuum air switch is a critical safety device that senses negative pressure in the firebox created by the combustion blower. If proper draft is not detected, for example because of a blocked vent or failed blower, it stops the auger from feeding pellets.

Over time and many heating seasons, components like this naturally wear out. A faulty vacuum switch can cause the stove to shut down shortly after start-up, fail to feed pellets or display draft-related error codes. Replacing it with the correct factory part restores safe, dependable operation and helps your stove run the way it was designed to, without the fit or performance problems that can come with generic substitutes.

This part fits Breckwell models including the SP1000 / SP1000E Big E and SP24I Blazer Insert. Please confirm your model and serial number against the compatibility list in the specifications before ordering. Always disconnect power and let the stove cool completely before servicing, and use your owner's manual for the parts diagram and installation steps.

What's Included

1 x Breckwell 80621 Vacuum Air Switch

Genuine Breckwell OEM part number 80621

Factory-matched dimensions and specifications

Direct replacement for the original component

Compatible with the Breckwell models listed in specifications

Parts diagram reference in the owner's manual (download below)

Protective manufacturer packaging

Key Features

Genuine OEM Part – Original Breckwell part number 80621

Draft Safety Sensor – Stops fuel feed if proper draft is lost

Protects Against Back-Puffing – Helps prevent unsafe combustion conditions

Hose Barb Connection – Connects to the stove's pressure tube

Exact Fit – Matches original dimensions and mounting points

Restores Performance – Returns your stove to factory operation

Easy Replacement – Straightforward installation with basic tools

Wide Compatibility – Fits 2 Breckwell models

Reliable Quality – Built to Breckwell factory standards

Safe Operation – Correct part helps keep safety systems working as designed

Specifications

Brand

Breckwell

Part Number

80621

Product Type

Vacuum (Pressure) Air Switch

Function

Detects firebox vacuum / draft

Condition

New, Genuine OEM

Compatible Models

SP1000 / SP1000E Big E; SP24I Blazer Insert

Documents & Files

SP1000E Big E Owner's Manual

SP24I Blazer Insert Owner's Manual

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/9542/9022/files/breckwell-80621-vacuum-air-switch-1.webp?v=1793602876
